Applications and Recommended Usage
(Quality Tested by Leinco)
Flow Cytometry: This antibody has been quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.25 μg per million cells in 100 μl volume. Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Western Blotting: Bit1 antibody can be used for the detection of Bit1 by Western blot at 1 - 4 μg/mL.

Flow Cytometry: This antibody can be used at a concentration of ≤ 0.25 μg per 100 μl of whole blood (or per 1.0 x 106 cells in a 100 μl total staining volume).

Flow Cytometry: 1234

Immunocytochemistry: 1234

Excitation Laser

Specificity
Anti-Human HLA-A, B, C Monomorphic (Clone W6/32) recognizes a monomorphic determinate (α chain) of major histocompatibility HLA Class I antigens. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution
This HLA-A, B, C antigen is present on most nucleated cells of humans and old world monkeys.
